Service Technician

This role is responsible for the installation, servicing and de-installation of Rentokil Initial Trinidad Limited’s Pest Control products and maintenance of quality pest-free standards at the clients’ premises, to meet and exceed Company standards and customer expectations. Delivery of quality, on-time service to the clients.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and administer treatment to control or eliminate pests, ensuring the safe and professional application of chemical preparations at the appropriate dosage rates and with the proper equipment, while prioritizing your personal safety.
• Enter service-related information on the Company mobile device provided and/or any other Company documents required to reflect the mileage, time, preparation, treatment, and conditions for pest management objectives.
• Issue a copy of the service report to the customer, confirming the status of their pest control service, reporting any pests found, and detailing the corrective actions taken. Additionally, proactively communicate with the customer to gather feedback on their level of satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.
• Handle customer complaints effectively, in collaboration with service coordinators, supervisors, service managers, or branch managers

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 CXC passes
• High level of loyalty and good communication skills
• Hold a valid driving license (experience in Driving a manual transmission vehicle)
• Service-oriented mindset
