Location: London and surrounding areas

Salary: Basic salary starting at £28,250 with additional SE allowance. OTE earnings of £35,000

What will you be doing?

• You will install cavity drain membrane, drainage channel and basement pump systems (Type C Waterproofing Systems)
• You will install cementitious tanking slurries and other forms of waterproofing within the industry (Type A Waterproofing systems)
• You may be required to carry out installation of gas membranes
• You will carry out timber preservation work such a floor replacements and resin repairs
• You will carry out structural defects repairs, such as wall tie installation and crack-stitching

Requirements:

You must have at least one following areas of expertise:

Experience working as a Basement / Waterproofing Technician within the building, construction or property industry.

Experience working with Structural Repairs within the Property Preservation, building or construction industry

Advanced joiner who is experienced in all aspects of carpentry and joinery- specifically sash window replacements, staircase replacements, full floor replacement and timber resin splice

On top of this you must have:

Full UK Manual Driving Licence for at least 2 years with no more than 6 penalty points

To hold a valid CSCS Card

A can-do attitude and the ability to use your own initiative

Great communication and customer service skills with a keen, enthusiastic and friendly approach
