Job Description:

As a Door-to-Door Pest Control Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, bringing our pest control solutions directly to our customers' doorsteps. Your role will involve:

Customer Experience: Cultivate customer relationships by providing friendly, helpful, and courteous service during visits. Listen attentively to customer needs, offer solutions to pest issues, recommend our services to resolve concerns, and alert customers to additional offerings that could benefit them.

Continuous Learning: Gain expertise in our product and service offerings through comprehensive, paid training. Keep abreast of the latest industry developments, trends, technologies, and regulations. Engage in ongoing training on new methods, products, and services within the pest control domain.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and willingness to undergo a motor vehicle driving record check.

Should be available to work from Monday to Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.

Skills, Attributes, and Abilities:

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A keen interest in learning and gaining knowledge in pest control.

Ability to work independently after the initial training period.
