The main duties for this role include:

• Ignite inspiration within your team through regular meetings, coaching, and feedback sessions
• Empower your team to surpass KPIs and achieve outstanding results
• Be the mastermind behind uncovering and seizing sales opportunities, ensuring no stone is left unturned in the pursuit of success
• With your keen eye for detail, you'll proactively identify sales opportunities through outbound campaigns, leaving no opportunity unexplored
• When it comes to processing orders and resolving customer issues, you'll do so with lightning speed and efficiency
• You'll shine brightly in managing reporting duties, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and celebrating every milestone along the way

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience in telesales and customer service
• Experience in a leadership role
• A knack for forging lasting relationships both internally and externally
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A keen eye for details and a passion for problem-solving
• The ability to learn quickly and be IT savvy
• Capacity to thrive under pressure
