Billing Officer

Our Sydney team is seeking the services of an experienced Billing Officer. The successful candidate will be working within a team environment and will report directly to the Billing Team Leader.

The main duties for this role include, but will not be limited to:

• Liaising with internal and external customers on a daily basis in relation to their accounts
• Ensuring invoices are accurately submitted to clients with agreed time frames.
• Handling billing and invoicing issues as they arise
• Maintenance of Client database and escalate matters as required
• Review and preparation of purchase/work orders and service reports
• Provide ad hoc support to Finance & National Accounts team
• Continue to review current processes and look for improvements
• Get involved in the discussion when customers request for special invoicing requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 3 Years + experience in high performing accounts receivable role (preferably services industry)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Self-Motivation, ability to work in a team and autonomously
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working on a web based applications i.e. customer portals
