Position is remote with travel
This role is responsible for leading and managing associates across multiple Markets to analyze and improve overall Bird & Bat service
delivery. This role will lead the review of policies, processes, and operating procedures to identify areas that can improve service delivery
and reduce safety exposure and Call backs in a high-risk line of business. This role will strategize and implement new policies, procedures
and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of branches across the Country.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Leads the review and analysis of policies, procedures and processes within Markets and branches to identify areas in need of
operational improvement to better support Bird & Bat service delivery
Identifies, researches and evaluates technologies and tools that will support operation excellence across Markets branches
to ensure operations are run on the most current and effective technology and systems

Strategizes and creates proposals for process improvement ideas that include implementation action plans, resourcing
requirements, project timelines and scaling plans to reduce litigation and risk exposure and improve operational efficiency of
Markets and branches and service delivery
•
Leads and manages reporting and communication to executive leadership related to past improvement implementations to
ensure all process, policy and procedure changes are measured and provide the expected outcomes for improvement
•
Work collaboratively with stakeholders across various business groups to ensure that recommendations and solutions are
scalable and assists with development of playbooks, processes documentation, training and certifications to ensure smooth
implementation across other functions/branches

Responsible for general team management and leadership duties including, hiring, training, performance evaluations,
development plans and individual coaching of their team

• Manages a team including; Branch Manager and Operations Managers
• Reinforces service standards by conducting quality control training and inspections.
• Ensures revenue and profit plans are achieved.
• Implements company programs, initiatives, and current operational guidelines.
• Participates in recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training branch staff as appropriate.
• Monitors regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies.
• Leads periodic and ad hoc branch meetings.
CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required Experience
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• 2-4 years management experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Profit & Loss (P&LS) and asset management preferred
• Sales management preferred
• Business acumen
• Skill in managing and leading assigned projects and associates
• Skill in organization and time management
• Skill in written and verbal communications, including public speaking
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Skill with Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to obtain and maintain pest management and other certifications and licensures as needed
• Ability to maintain a valid drivers’ license

• Skill in second language preferred

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
• Bachelor's Degree in business or management-related field required
• Three years progressive mgmt. experience in a related service industry
• Successful track record as a Branch Manager (internal candidates)
• Three (3) years plus of operational experience
