Job Summary:
You are a detail-oriented, customer-centric marketing strategist who can think both analytically and creatively. You are continually thinking about how to increase retention through A/B testing and optimize using customer insights. You aren’t afraid to ask questions and dig into processes to then build unique, highly segmented customer journeys to give customers what they want, when they want, how they want. You have experience using enterprise-level ESPs, like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and a working knowledge of data architecture. You have experience building multi-channel strategies, mainly across email, direct mail, and sms. You aren’t afraid to try new things and learn from your mistakes.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Cultivates and develops the customer base through effective segmentation and campaign management.
Manages external vendors and agencies.
Tracks and reports on budget for assigned programs.
Identifies infrastructure and process enhancements and supports and leads respective initiatives to improve campaign development and management.
Creates and executes specific campaign programs including performance tracking and the identification of gap-closing measures.
Communicates campaign program success metrics to internal stakeholders and management.
Monitors and analyzes metrics and outcomes of marketing programs.
Key Relationships:
North American managers and colleagues
Functional teams: Marketing & Innovation, IT, Finance, Legal, and M&A, etc.
Key suppliers, partners, and consultants.
Key Performance Indicators:
Customer retention rate
Customer Lifetime Value
Deliverability and email metrics
Monthly active users
Repeat purchase rate
Required experience:
3+ years experience in customer marketing
Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and TCPA laws.
A/B testing and data analytics
Experience using enterprise-level ESP, like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Detail-oriented
Highly organized project manager
Previous customer service experience a plus
Ability to write compelling, customer-centric email copy
Power BI or Google Analytics experience a plus
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work with teams from Product, IT, Data Architecture, and Finance
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute customer engagement and lifecycle strategies that are product specific
Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics:
Strives towards making a positive impact on society and the environment across the Marketing spectrum, establishing Rentokil Terminix as a leader in this space
Able to demonstrate high levels of drive, work ethic and personal accountability with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgement and a rigorous focus on the details.
Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of marketing experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Master’s degree preferred
