Job Summary:

This position supports the marketing department through development of marketing collateral, vendor coordination, and analysis and tracking of key performance indicators. Consults with internal and external stakeholders to implement marketing plans and develop reports to analyze performance.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills

• Experience analyzing metrics to create actionable tactics and optimize day-to-day performance

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and great collaboration

• Genuine interest in staying on top of the latest marketing trends and changes

Key Performance Indicators:

• Cost of customer acquisition

• Customer retention rate

• Email open rate, click rate, CTOR, and opt out rate

• Call volume

• Lifetime customer value

Key Relationships:

• CRM Campaign Managers

• Data Managers

• Data Analysts

• Other cross-departmental stakeholders such as: IT, Finance, customer service, and external vendors and consultants

Required Experience:

• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Effective organizational, planning, and project management skills

• Experience using CXP or Mission and/or PestPac preferred

• A desire to learn CCMP and SFMC

Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics:

Customer-centric attitude and the ability to work entrepreneurially on a small team

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training:

• High school diploma required

• BS/BA degree preferred

• 1 years of administrative, call center, or marketing experience preferred
