Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Brisbane on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will see you utilise your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers and internal sales team.

The core responsibilities in this role include:

• Providing support to our national sales teams
• Monitoring email inboxes
• Credit Control Checks
• Ability to use spreadsheets and some complex data systems
• Processing enquiries efficiently and pro-actively resolving issues
• Supporting the Customer Services, Sales and Services team, and Operations team to achieve targets and deliverables
• Make outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and services
• Confident in meeting deadlines
• Confidentiality must be paramount 

The successful candidate will have

• Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/ administration/ account management)
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Great time management
• Excellent customer service skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work autonomously
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Love working in a team environment

The successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, as well as background checks.
