Customer Care Executive

Our Perth team has an exciting opportunity available for an organised, efficient and dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our internal residential sales team.

This is a  Part time role based in our Perth office. 

In this role, you will be an important member of the Sales team reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. You will be required to provide phone and email customer service, making outbound calls and receiving inbound enquiries. This role is salary based plus commission.

The key responsibilities for this position include:

• Action inbound calls and emails from potential new customers and the existing customer base
• Ensure customer details are accurately maintained
• The promotion of new products and services to our customer base
• Create quality sales leads for the field based sales team
• Liaise with other departments to ensure customer enquiries are resolved in a timely manner

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Prior experience in Sales, Account Management and Customer Service roles is a plus but not essential.
• An ability to overcome customer objections
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Highly effective time management skills
• Intermediate computer and systems skills
• Outstanding communication and telephone skills
