About the Role:

● Customer Development Executive is responsible for client retention, renewals & price

increase & up-selling and Compliant Management related to commercial clients.

● The Incumbent works as part of a multi-functional team. This involves collaboration with

the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

● Focus on client retention, renewals & price increase & up-selling

● Compliant Management - To identify & resolve customer complaints within the specific

timelines

● Alert Account Management - To identify the alert customer & bring the possibility of the

revival of the accounts

● To provide recommendations & suggestions to the branch for the improvement

● Conduct regular reviews & terminate the non-revival accounts

● SPOC for Branch Renewals

● Total concentration on Renewal business only

● Sole Responsible

● On-time CCM/SQS/SQA

● Timely Terminations

● Coordination between Customers & Operations

● Increase in Branch New Sales as Branch CSEs can focus only on New sales

● Reduction in Outstanding

● Lead Generation

Key Result Areas:

● Advance Renewal Followup / CCM

● Customer Objection Handling - with the help of operation

● Renewal letter with PI

● Regular follow-up for renewal and updation in the Renewal portal

● OCC entry from the Renewal portal

● Timely termination from the renewal portal

● Outstanding followup

● SQA

Requirements:
