The next ideal Customer Service Consultant will thrive in a diverse and busy environment. Do you have a proven track record in customer service, lead generation, internal sales and call centre experience? In this role you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, loyalty and responding to customer queries related to their bookings in an effective manner. Excellent communication skills and call centre experience is a must and a passion for delivering great customer service is essential!
