Customer Support Coordinator - ATR1051635

Stevie Redback, a division of Rentokil Initial (the world’s largest pest control company) has an exciting position available for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our vibrant, passionate, fast paced team at our Clontarf Office.

Your extraordinary skills will be used for the day-to-day phone based management of our business customers. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 2 years telesales experience, demonstrated skills in B2B sales development and above all an appreciation for excellent customer service.

The key responsibilities for this position include:

• Effective management and resolution of all customer enquiries in a timely manner, with a focus on client retention
• Protect existing portfolio by identifying opportunities to re-sign and upgrade existing contracts
• The promotion of new products and services to our customer base
• Create quality sales leads for the field based sales team
• Liaise with other departments to ensure customer enquiries are resolved in a timely manner

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Prior experience in Sales, Account Management and Customer Service role
• Highly developed negotiation skills to ensure contractual obligations are met
• An ability to overcome client and manage customer objections
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Highly effective time management skills
• Intermediate computer and systems skills
• Outstanding communication and telephone skills
