Digital Marketing Manager - Google Ad Specialist - ATR1053256

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in Google and Bing Ads and a strong analytics foundation. In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities:

Paid Search Management:

• Lead strategic planning and execution of Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to maximise campaign performance and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and continuous A/B testing for optimisation.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvements

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilise analytics tools to assess website and campaign performance.
• Develop regular reports on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations.
• Implement tracking mechanisms to measure and analyze user behaviour and conversion paths.
• Utilise analytics tools to assess website and campaign performance.

Budget Management:

• Manage digital advertising budgets effectively to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct thorough budget analysis and allocate resources for optimal campaign performance.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and graphic designers, to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting campaign results and proposing strategic adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools.
• In-depth knowledge of PPC strategies, keyword research, and ad copy optimization.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and their impact on digital advertising.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are a plus.
