About the Role:

● The Field Trainer-Termite must support the branches on termite control business - operations. He should supervise the critical jobs and attend & conclude the critical complaints. Must take trials of new chemicals, equipment, and systems related to termite control. Also, attend and close the termite complaints escalated by branches. Played major role in Implementing the Termite Baiting system, TSPO Solo, and TSPO PLUS services (innovation services) in PAN India branches.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

● Should support the branches for the execution of critical TSPR & TSPO Services on site

● Provide technical support to the branches for termite control services.

● Attend and closure of the critical termite complaints escalated by the branch.

● To implement innovation services like Termite Baiting system, TSPO Solo, TSPO PLUS, etc in

the PAN India Branches

● To conduct the trials on the field for new chemicals, equipment, and innovation service

● PPE/SHE items list and finalization for termite control servi

● PPE/SHE items list and finalization for termite control servi

● Check the service quality of the TSS jobs by visiting the sites

● Impart training on Termite control services to technicians of the branches

● Take an active part in Innovation in termite control service

● Improve the quality of Termite jobs to reduce complaints

Key Result Areas:

● Help to deliver quality termite control services.

● Implement TSPO Solo & Termite baiting service in branches

● TSPO- Complaint reduction by quality check and proper execution of the jobs by branches

● The optimum stock of termiticide in the branches

● Streamline PPE usages related to TSS Service

Competencies (Skills essential to the role):

● Should have technical skills in execution on TSS services (TSPR, TSPO, TSPO PLUS & TSPO

SOLO) on fie

● Should be able to find out the root cause of the complain

● Should be able to train the branch technicians on Termite services

Educational Qualification / Other Requiremen

● Minimum 12th standard passed from technician

● Experience - min 5 years in operations

● Preferably possess two-wheeler with valid driving license
