Job Summary

Reporting to the Finance Integration Director, the Finance Integration Manager is a leader who will support the strategic and day to day effective integration plan for all significant RNA acquisitions’ financial activities. This leader will represent the Rentokil North America Finance Organization through all phases of the acquisition integration process. The Finance Integration Manager must be extremely organized, highly motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks while effectively and efficiently maintaining a professional manner. Must exercise good judgement, positively influence others and be a collaborative team member, building relationships with all levels of the organization.

Key Performance Indicators

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

● Assist with all aspects of Terminix Finance integration.
● Assists with plans that include, but not limited to: Selection of financial platforms, determination of
organizational structure, harmonization of processes and policies.
● Drive the day-to-day execution of the finances integration process, including working with
cross-functional teams, leading integration team meetings and driving proactive issues resolution.
● Create and maintain implementation project plans/timelines outlining tasks, milestone dates,
dependencies, and allocation of resources.
● Enforce adherence to deadlines.
● Partner cross-functionally with Implementation teams to deliver according to established project
timelines and project governance.
● Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
● Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
● Communicate with leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals
● Leverage expertise to plan and execute integration and change management.
● Preparing the gap analysis on differences in accounting and financial functions and implications of
change
● Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the synergy benefits
expected.
● Supports teams to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for Day 1 activities.
● Audit management – liaise with tech leads and Internal/External audit teams for successful and
on-time audits
● Lead change management and communications workstreams on cross-functional initiatives

CANDIDATE SUMMARY

Required Experience
 

● 8+ years of diverse Finance experience with a solid understanding of Accounting and Finance
terminology
● M&A integration experience
● Experience working with a variety of Finance and Accounting softwares
● Experience implementing accounting and finance systems
● Great organizational and communication skills
● Project Management experience
● Experience working with large amounts of data
● Continuous improvement mindset
● Must be detail-oriented and eager to adapt and drive change

Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
● CPA a plus
