What does our Integration Support Analyst (Data Analyst, Customer Experience) do?

This position will create reports and dashboards and analyze data for insights to drive improvement for business partners. Recommends change for data warehousing to improve operational efficiency in extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data. Prepares analyses to be communicated across the organization in a way that informs and drives the organization to action.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop reports with Google applications for stakeholders to establish business metrics and analytical frameworks that measure the health of our products, our customer experience, and contractor performance. Primary stakeholder relationships are Customer Experience Leaders (Contact Center, Admin, Retention, Collections, Routing & Scheduling, or Workforce Management)

• Analyzes data by building reports, scripts, and complex queries.

• Manages and provides reporting for UAT testing efforts with the business team.

• Provides production support, troubleshooting, research, and analysis as needed to support the business team.

• Provides testing support or direct testing efforts of assigned QA resources as project deliverables are received and evaluated.

• Able to travel as needed to gather post integration insights.

What do you need?

• Optional Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or Business Analytics 

• Optional Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or Business Analytics

• Advanced SQL knowledge preferred

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete many simultaneous requests of differing sizes

• Ability to explain data and train both internal and external customers

• Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data

• Microsoft Office and/or Google applications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets experience

• Must pass pre-employment background screen
