Key Account Manager

We have an exciting position available for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our vibrant, passionate, fast paced team in our Initial Hygiene division in Perth. If you have outstanding people and communication skills and an extreme level of drive & motivation, then we'd love to hear from you.

In this role you will be managing an assigned customer base across our Initial Hygiene division. Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales quotas, retention and revenue targets whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders within the business services industry.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Servicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase sales
• Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with customer base within major accounts
• Identifying, targeting and developing new and existing business opportunities around Western Australia 
• Providing customers with relevant information on new products, services, compliance and market/industry developments
• Develop proposals appropriate to customers' needs, including product, service and cost options
• Facilitate the resolution of any issues by actively resolving all first line queries and escalating where required
• Document all customer contact information into company systems and applications
• Monitor competitor and market activity, reporting significant developments to management and monitor market trends through personal contact with customers

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Ability to plan to sales territory
• Self-Motivation and ability to work autonomously
• A background in selling products into the construction industry or similar
• Good time management skills
• Good technical skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Proficient Computer Skills

Must have:

• Experience within Business to Business
• Excellent sales & negotiation skills
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Experience in contract negotiations
• Strive to reach & exceed sales
• Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
• Commercially focused
