Job Summary:
Responsible for turning Routing and Scheduling data into real business value. This role digs into complex operational numbers—specifically drive time, technician productivity, and revenue timing—to identify opportunities for cost savings and better customer service. Beyond just finding the trends, you will build the business cases to justify change, partner with teams to get projects done, and track the results to ensure we hit our financial goals.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams to develop and execute process improvement initiatives.
Partners with business leads to develop, implement, and communicate standard operational policies, procedures, and processes.
Analyzes current process standards and metrics in order to recommend solutions for improvements.
Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.
Collects and analyzes complex data sets for results and variances, identifying trends and patterns in order to recommend actions to improve business processes.
Performs data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process control changes.
Prepares and presents process improvement and methodology workshops.
Creates presentations, technical requirements, and business case/ROI in support of key initiatives.
Coordinates across multiple functional groups to gather the information necessary for executing data models.
CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of operations and/or continuous improvement /project management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Project management, change management and business process analysis experience required.
Knowledge of continuous improvement principles, methodologies, and practices
Business process analysis skills
Project and resource management skills
Problem-solving skills
Written and verbal communication skills including delivering presentations
Knowledge and proficiency with SQL and Data visualization tools (Tableau , Power BI, Etc)
Skill with Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of systems design and principles
Ability to influence company leadership and project teams
Business and financial acumen.

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Analytics, Math, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, or Business Management.
Optional Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or Business Analytics.
MBA, Lean, Quality and/or Six Sigma certification and recent proven experience preferred.

- Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.

Incumbent is required to have:
- Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.
Incumbent will be subject to:
- Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
Pay Range $69,700 - $90,600 / year
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
