Job Summary:
The Business Readiness Manager is a member of the RMO Program Implementation organization and is responsible for working with the Business, Acquisition former-owners, Functional Integration Leads and PIT Crews to ensure that an acquisition is ready for integration.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Drive integration efforts in a standard and repeatable way, to deliver benefits and achieve synergy targets, while minimizing impact on our Colleagues and Customers
Work with Market leadership to gain alignment to Integration standards.
Work with Functional Integration Leads to drive Integration standards.
Provide business insight to Integration activities and build relationships within the acquired business and prepare them for next steps; partner with the Integration Program Manager, while they provide project management disciplines.
Guide acquisition former-owners and Regional Directors to align on RTX standards and Interact with PIT Crews to enact change at the local level.
Identify and resolve exceptions to the standard RTX integration processes through working with local teams and program managers
Communicate risks, dependencies or issues identified during integration planning; notify / escalate to Business Readiness leadership and Program Management as needed.
Surface market-specific challenges and be an advocate for the market needs
Support the Integration Program Manager in collection of status updates, maintenance of documentation, progress reporting, and stakeholder management and communications throughout the project.
CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required/Preferred:
5 (Five)+ years related experience required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong knowledge of office applications including Google Suite is preferred.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to collaborate with others under time sensitive conditions.
Excellent clerical and organizational skills to track schedules, routes and colleagues.
Ability to relay information professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to live and operate within our values of service, relationships and teamwork
Formal Education, Qualifications or Training:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Project Management or related subject

Incumbent is required to have:
- Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

- Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
