Sales Consultant - Hygiene - Central West

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Consultant to join our Hygiene team on a full-time permanent basis. Your responsibilities will be to use your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients within your sales territory. In this role, you will be managing an assigned territory with an existing customer base or group to achieve and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders within the business services industry.

This role will be responsible for covering all of the Central West area, therefore ideally looking for someone who lives in Bathurst or Orange as there is travel to Tamworth and Armadale region. The successful candidate must feel comfortable working remotely as you would not be required to be in the Newcastle branch often due to distance.

You will be welcomed into a friendly and competitive team who are highly motivated and focused on achieving goals and results. You will be given full product training, with hands-on assistance from the Sales Manager and the Sales Team.

We will provide you with a competitive base salary, a highly rewarding uncapped commission structure with an OTE of $140k +, company vehicle, mobile phone, tablet and ongoing coaching and development. For a sales start, this role has the potential to earn OTE $140k.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling
• Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets
• Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
• Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales

• Proven track record in B2B Sales
• Highly successful at converting clients with the ability to adhere to KPI's to ensure success
• Driven by data and building a network of relationships
• Excellence in cold-call & plan to sales territory
• Good understanding of Business clients in Sydney
