What does our Sales Quality Data Clerk do?

The Sales Quality Data Clerk supports Sales by providing administrative, coordination, audits and support activities where needed by entering and auditing accurate sales data on a daily basis Sales audits allow Rentokil to consider their marketing tactics and sales history. During a sales audit, it's necessary to examine the collaboration between the sales team and other departments within the company to ensure that employees are working toward the same goals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Have basic knowledge of all operating systems, sales processes, billing, retention.
• General knowledge of sales policies as it relates to the different positions (commercial/residential) and service types.
• Enter or audit accurate Sales data on a daily basis.
• Maintain Sales policies and SOPs
• Analyze Sale entry data and make suggestions for improvement
• Analyze new customer data to ensure all billing, scheduling, credits and commissions are in line with expectations.
• Maintain relationships with Sales Representatives.
• Communicate with Sales, Specialists, Office Administrative Assistants and Sales Leadership to ensure all colleagues are focused on compliance across all markets
• Possess knowledge of the Sales, understand impacts of correct and incorrect data entry, and know the cancellation, reactivation, and new sales policies.

What do you need?

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• 1+ years of finance and sales experience
• Must have an understanding of Sales entry, sales credits and commission processes.
• Must also be able to understand our billing process
• Must pass pre-employment background screen
