OVERVIEW:
We’re seeking an aggressive, ambitious, and motivated Territory Sales Representative to expand our market presence. This is an opportunity for a sales professional with a hunger for success to build and cultivate strong relationships while driving revenue growth. You’ll be the go-to expert for a diverse range of clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive Sales Growth: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within your territory.
Customer Relationship: Cultivate and expand relationships with key customers in your region. Your expertise in turf and ornamental products will allow you to position the right solutions to meet specific customer needs.
Industry Expertise: Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to position our solutions effectively.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate consistently with internal teams, including warehouse service center managers, marketing, and regulatory departments, to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Customer-Focused Solutions: Provide expert advice, conduct training, and offer technical support to help customers achieve their goals.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Turf and Ornamental market is a fundamental requirement for this position
Hunger to Win: You’re relentless in pursuing and following up on opportunities to grow business and exceed goals.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Travel-Ready: Prepare effectively for travel by optimizing routes and sales calls in a territory, ensuring all necessary sales materials and tools are ready in advance.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.

This position will pay $75,000K- $95,000K for the first year. Total annual earning potential may vary based on performance, assigned territory and achieving Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs") after the first 1 year.
