Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to lead the Implementation Team. The role of this team is to execute on the delivery into the business, which includes both integration efforts and all other change projects.
Key Performance Indicators

Scope
● Implementation projects will support the delivery of:
○ AOP plan (budget delivery)
○ Acquisition Business Cases
○ Growth Program
○ Employer of choice (retention and satisfaction)
○ Customer retention
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
● Set standards for and coordinate of the development of reporting of for the North American Program Board (and program-specific report outs), relating to:
○ Colocation, Consolidation and Integration;
○ Implementation projects;
○ Acquisition on-boarding
● Lead and develop a team of implementation managers and program managers, through honing their capabilities, enforcing consistency and standardization across their teams.
● Drive continuous improvement in Implementation Playbooks, discipline and approach to improve the successful delivery of projects and their respective benefit realization.
● Maintaining compliance to the Project Management Office Governance and reporting framework to provide a holistic view of all strategic initiatives and organization metrics.
● Lead reporting at the executive level on program and project status, health of portfolios, Enterprise Key Performance Indicators, and success metrics.
● Drive collaboration and coordination with functions across the business to facilitate the planning process, to deliver the AOP
● Create and maintain resourcing plans to support the current and future work demands and project results
● Oversee roadmap planning, execution, tracking, schedule, and scope for all implementation projects in portfolio
● Coordinate with the Sr. Director of Program Management to the sequencing of development (MVPs) to support the implementation roadmap.
● Support the Chief Transformation Officer by identifying and providing Change Management needs and implementation of the Change management strategy.
CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required Experience
● Five or more years of experience in running a portfolio of programs, 10 years or more of running individual projects
● Experience in reporting program progress and status to C-suite
● Leadership and development of a team responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of projects

● Strong commercial abilities with an attestable customer service focus
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an understanding of key metrics and trends
● Excellent people management skills with demonstrable experience of leading a large, dispersed, and diverse workforce across multiple locations and geographies
● Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to operate effectively both strategically and operationally as required
● Outstanding communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels with a range of internal and external stakeholders including customers, employees, and suppliers as required
● Able to demonstrate strong levels of drive, work ethic and personal accountability with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgment and a rigorous focus on the details
● Acts with the highest standards of integrity at all times and builds enduring and trusting relationships across all key stakeholders
● Promote and practice a change mindset that expects, and embraces change to invigorate transformative initiatives and ensure successful implementation across the organization
