Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive analytical strategy for B2C and B2B pest control services.

• Lead the analytical design for new products, packaging, promotions, and expansion initiatives.

• Identify pricing opportunities and risks by building and deploying advanced analytical models, including competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and price elasticity.

• Partner cross-functionally to ensure pricing analytics are aligned with brand positioning, operational execution, and financial goals.

• Drive improvements in price realization through the development of analytical tools for discount controls, margin leakage analysis, and sales enablement.

• Oversee pricing governance from an analytical perspective, including the development of testing protocols and performance measurement frameworks.

• Build and mentor a high-performing pricing analytics team.

• Leverage advanced analytics and data science to build and enhance automation, segmentation, and test-and-learn capabilities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.

Experience

• 15+ years of experience in pricing, marketing, or business analytics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Experience in a recurring revenue business is required; experience in pest control, home services, or similar subscription-based industry is a strong plus.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling analytics functions within a matrixed organization

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with proficiency in marketing and pricing concepts, Excel, and business intelligence platforms.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Base Pay Range $164,000 - $231,500 / year

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
