Service Planner - Pest

Rentokil-Initial is looking for an organised Service Planner with strong administrative and communication skills to join the Pest Team in Darwin on a full-time basis.

The core responsibilities in this role include:

• Organisation and scheduling of regular field service activities in the Pest Team.
• Ensuring all Service Technician visits are loaded within set time frames and variances from divisional business expectations are reported to your line Manager.
• Organise installations and jobs for completion within customer and contractual divisional time frames and expectations.
• Respond to customer enquiries/complaints on service and where required, as well as plan and schedule arrange necessary non-routine adhoc service calls.
• Deal with all paperwork and administration related to service activities and routing of documents for entry into Branch Contracts Computer System.
• Ensure all daily routines completed by technicians are recorded in accordance with business divisional requirements.
• Provide ongoing reports requested by management in relation to such items as compliance, customer service history, productivity and efficiency, and customer retention.
• Maintain reporting spreadsheets within timeframes.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role, or fast-paced office environment.
