POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

The Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of technicians and delivering quality services and service excellence through them.

The incumbent will report to the Branch Manager/Operations Manager and will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Manage a team of technicians and deliver Service Excellence through a team.

● Ensure contractual obligations to our customers are met; ensuring consistently high standards of workmanship are delivered.

● Ensure the customers hygiene needs are met by pest control/ Hygiene technicians by recommending appropriate solutions

● Support technicians through training, coaching and field accompaniment

● Oversee the resourcing, deployment and development of technician

● Ensure the teams are complying with the latest Health & Safety, Environmental and Pesticide usage regulations

● Support in preparing various reports for internal and external customers

● Resourcing and deployment of Technicians.

Requirements:

EDUCATIONAL / OTHER REQUIREMENTS

● Graduate (B. Sc. (Chemistry / Zoology / Agriculture).

● Min 2 + years’ experience in Field Operations.Any prior experience in Supervisor of pest management or service industry is desirable.

Proficient in use of computer applications & systems with Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or its equivalent)

● Good in MS Office (Expertise in Excel)
