Job Description:

Routine Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on building systems, machinery, equipment, and facilities. This may include HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and more.

• Repair Work: Identify and address minor repairs and issues promptly.
• Cleaning and Organization: Keep work areas, storage rooms, and maintenance equipment clean and organized.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when performing maintenance tasks.
• Assist with Inspections: Support inspections by regulatory agencies or third-party service providers.
• Emergency Response: Be on call or available for emergency maintenance situations, such as power outages, leaks, or equipment breakdowns, and respond promptly to mitigate issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory.
• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent will be an added advantage
• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is beneficial but not always required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
