Overview
This pivotal role entails crafting and implementing strategic sales operational playbooks aimed at steering designated key performance metrics within our US Pest Markets, encompassing both residential and commercial sectors. An integral aspect of this executive position involves collaborating with operational stakeholders to enhance sales training programs and refine processes, fostering revenue expansion, bolstering customer retention, and fostering recognition among our sales colleagues.
The incumbent will lead a strategic team, inspiring them to consistently innovate and develop progressive sales compensation programs and training strategies. This leadership role is crucial in steering the direction of sales initiatives, aligning them with overarching business goals, and ensuring a sustained competitive edge in the market.
Duties & Responsibilities
Create targeted initiatives aimed at empowering the sales team to elevate sales productivity, accelerate deal cycles, increase deal sizes, and enhance pipeline coverage. These programs encompass essential elements such as sales fundamentals, value-based selling, effective prospecting, pipeline management, and territory optimization.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, HR, and Technical teams to devise innovative organic growth strategies that align with broader business objectives.
Push the boundaries of sales excellence by ensuring the adoption of programs from leadership to individual contributors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Strategically develop and implement sales and marketing tech stack strategies, encompassing CRM development, configuration, usage, and engagement, driving efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Product, and BI departments.
Oversee sales forecasting, planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring high levels of accuracy, quality, and consistency, and coordinating cross-functionally as needed.
Spearhead the strategy and execution of integrating acquired sales colleagues into the company's sales environment, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with established practices.
Create a robust coaching framework tailored to regional needs, nurturing continuous development and a culture of Sales Excellence among individual contributors and leaders.
Ensure adherence to sales compliance standards, managing sales automation, handling post-sale adjustments, and maintaining comprehensive sales SOPs and communication frameworks.
Candidate Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
10+ years of progressive sales operations experience at the leadership level within a mid to large-size; national and/or global organization.
7+ years of leadership experience leading a diverse team consisting of management and professional-level individual contributors; preferably in a disbursed, remote work environment.
Extensive knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, development, nurturing, and management, with the capability to analyze complex markets and develop actionable plans.
Deep understanding and application of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems, including CRM principles and extensive experience in CRM applications.
Proven track record in leading profitable and scalable revenue growth, implementing sales methodologies, and driving significant change management initiatives nationally.
Proficiency in sophisticated data analysis, translating complex data into actionable strategies, deliverables, messages, and compelling presentations.

Proven track record in effectively leading large, diverse workforces across multiple locations and geographies. Possesses exceptional organizational and leadership skills, operating seamlessly in both strategic and operational capacities as necessary.
Outstanding communication prowess, adept at influencing stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally. Capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, employees, and suppliers, fostering enduring partnerships.
Demonstrates a high level of drive, resilience, and personal accountability, even under pressure. Maintains a sharp focus on details while exercising sound judgment and ethical decision-making.
Upholds the highest standards of integrity consistently and fosters enduring and trust-based relationships across all key stakeholders.
Possesses operational knowledge to ensure that analytics are aligned with core performance drivers, optimizing insights to support strategic operational objectives.

Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.
Incumbent is required to have:
Near-range visual acuity for detailed tasks and ability to perform activities with precision such as analyzing data, viewing computer screens or reading extensively.

Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
