Posh Services (a division of Rentokil Initial), has a great opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team based in Penrith on a full time permanent basis.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the installation team. Responsible for delivering efficient, on-time quality installations achieving high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities in this role include:

• Adhere to our company's safety standards at all times.

• Assist the Plantscape Consultant on bespoke designs and deliver on the project installation.
• A hands-on approach to Coach, mentor and train the Installation Team to achieve targets.
• Monitor and review service  and installation productivity rates, seek improvement and continually improve productivity.
• Conduct regular quality audits.
• Ensure Company service practices are met and identify opportunities to improve service standards.
• Ensure the team’s company vehicles are maintained in a safe, reliable and clean condition.
• Proactively resolve customers’ issues and develop and maintain long term customer relationships.

Ideally the successful candidate will have:

• Available for early starts - 4 am or sometimes earlier
• 3 or more years within the service industry, preferably Horticulture
• Prior experience working within the Plant Hire industry (Preferred)
• High level of communication 
• The drive to lead by example to set a high standard of customer service and standards
• Service complaint resolution

The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, reference & police check.
